Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched (we dispatch within 1–2 working days). To cancel, WhatsApp or call +91 99884 14179 or email bhaskaragenciesonline@gmail.com with your order number. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may qualify for a return below.

Returns & refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Because our products are personal-care and pooja items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI/card/netbanking) within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer after you share your account details.
